The Funding Angle

Why “Complete” Gets Funded:

Differentiation - Everyone says “AI replaces X.” We say “AI completes X.”
Disability angle - WSIB Work Transition, EDP, disability grants WANT to fund this. It’s literally what they exist for.
Canadian values - “Complete not compete” aligns with Canadian cooperative ethos. IRAP, NOHFC will like this.
ESG/Impact - “AI that completes humans” is an ESG story. Impact investors care.
Backlash hedge - As AI replacement anxiety grows, “complete” positioning becomes more valuable.

The Proof

Steven Stobo: - Disabled (knee injury at 18, waiting for replacement) - On EI/WSIB - No Linux experience before October 2025 - Built: 44 AI models, patent-pending system, tested against Alexa+ - Did this BECAUSE of AI completion, not despite disability

If a disabled guy on EI can build this, imagine what “completed” workers can do.
